Hmmm….. Well,I’ve never really liked school,but now I realize it’s very important. Without everybody being in school,everybody wouldn’t know what 2+2 is,or x-2=8 is either. I used to complain,but now I realize I’m very blessed. My parents provide a good education,I have a bed to sleep in,food to eat,and clothes to wear. Plus much more…..

Day 14: 3 healthy habits.
This one should be easy!
1. Eat the right amount of foods,not too big,not to small,just right!!! 🙂
2. Exercise regularly! Running is an excellent way to exercise. I do running too!
3. Sleep well! If you don’t sleep well,(inspired from blogilates)your cortisol levels are going to increase and you’ll have more lower belly fat!!!!! 😦
