Vegan Lasagna!!!

Hey,guys!!! I noticed that you guys liked some of my recipes,so I decided to post a recipe post! So here it is! Vegan Lasagna!

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups of tomato or pasta sauce
  • 12 cooked  lasagna noodles
  •  1 packet of Daiya vegan cheese (You can get it at Sprouts)
  •  Spinach
  •   Eggplant,cut into thick,flat slices
  •  Vegetarian Italian sausage,sliced into patties

Instructions:

  1.      Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Ladle 1 ½ cups of tomato sauce in the bottom of the prepared dish. Arrnage 4 noodles over the sauce. Spread vegetables in this order for each layer.
  3. 1st layer:Spinach and cheese. 2nd layer: Eggplant. 3rd layer:Vegetarian Italian sausage and cheese.
  4.  Cover with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with more cheese.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 1 hour. Take out and let it cool for 5 minutes. Enjoy!

Day 29: A confession.

Ohhhh……. OK,yeah. I am a horrible baker, (sometimes) my sister and I ALMOST burnt down the kitchen,and,(I don’t mean to insult anyone) I don’t like meat. Yup! I’m a vegetarian. I barely eat cheese and milk. I eat eggs, but rarely eat cheese. Only on pizza. Hehehe. Anyways,guys,comment down below if you want me go post any healthier yummy American food posts! Thanks,guys! Day 28:The most embarrassing moment

Uhhhhh……. I don’t really know….. Oh!! I went to Japan and Taiwan earlier this year,and when we came back,I weighed myself. I had gained weight. Ugh, I felt terrible. *sigh* Anyways,see you next time!!
