My Current Favorite K-Pop Songs!

Hey, guys! As most of you know, I love my pop music. But in addition to my pop music, I also listen to k-pop, which is basically Korean pop music. And recently I have been listening to BTS, a Korean boy band. I’m pretty sure some of you know them, because they’ve became pretty famous! And they actually recently partnered with Halsey on their new song, “Boy With Luv.” Anyways, let’s get to it!

1. DNA by BTS

I’m literally listening to it right now. Ugh, it’s so gooooooddd! Sorry, I’m so obsessed with BTS. J-Hope’s dancing is so good!

2. Blood, Sweat, and Tears

I’m kinda of confused by the storyline. It starts off with one of the members slapping another of the members. I was so confused, but I liked the dance choreography and music anyways. Comment down below if you know what the story’s all about.

3. Fake Love

I love this one! I am actually listening to it right now. It’s all SO professional! The lighting, the dance moves, everything! RM’s parts are so good! Suga is great, too! I love all of them so much!

4. Boy With Luv

Of course we can’t forget this one, can we? I’m trying to learn the choreography, because it’s actually not too hard to learn! I love their lyrics in this song! I’m ind of learning the Korean lyrics too.

How to Check Labels At the Grocery Store!

Hey, guys! Just to let you guys know, I am a vegetarian. Meaning I eat no meat, but that I do eat dairy. I just eat less cheese, because it’s a little too heavy for me. Surprisingly, I don’t like ice cream. After eating SO MUCH shaved ice in Taiwan, I lost my taste for ice cream! I’ll still eat it, but it’s not my favorite like before. Anyways, let’s get started!

1. Check for MSG

So you guys have probably heard of MSG, but don’t really know the full name. So to let you guys know, MSG is spelled out as monosodium glutamate. It is not good for you and it can be found among common foods, like Takis, most Asian foods, and desserts.

2. Make sure the ingredients are organic!

Organic ingredients are the best! Our family makes sure to buy fruits and veggies that are organic! It’s always good to check before you buy! Especially blueberries, strawberries, celery, and apples. Those are some of the fruits that are most sprayed with pesticides. NOTICE: ALWAYS CHECK FOR THE LABEL. DO NOT BUY IF YOU DO NOT SEE THE LABEL SHOWN BELOW.

So these are some of my tips for eating healthy and buying ingredients from the store. You don’t necessarily have to follow them. I just wanted to share these health tips with you guys. Anyways, I have to go practice my flute. Bye!!

Books That I Recommend To Read!

Hey, guys! In addition to my love for animals and pop music, it’s probably no surprise that I love to read! Today I will be sharing several books I had read and that I love!

1. The Boy Who Harnessed The Wind

This book is an autobiography, and I absolutely LOVE it. It is a true story about William Kamkwamba, and it is amazing! I’m not going to tell you anymore, ’cause I don’t want to spoil it for you!

2. Pax by Sara Pennypacker

It’s a great story, and it’s actually really easy to follow and understand. This book is, in my opinion, for all ages! Again, you borrow the book for yourself and tell me what you think!

CONGRATS, GRADUATES! YOU’VE GRADUATED TO HIGH SCHOOL!!!! (Sorry, I am kind of really excited!)

Hey, guys! So this morning I went to attend the graduation of my friend Ruben. It was so much fun! Move over, kids, ’cause next year’s MY turn! *giggles* He graduated to high school. I was so happy for him! And of course, there was so much FOOD. UGH. The food was soooooooooooooooo good! Also ’cause I didn’t eat a lot for breakfast, and I kinda ate too much at lunch. Hehehehe………….. Anyways, I played soccer with them afterwards, and it was TONS of fun! It was sooooo hot outside, and even though I was wearing shorts, I was dripping with sweat. (No, I didn’t wear shorts to a graduation, guys. I wore a dress, then changed afterwards. I am not a person who enjoys wearing dresses, so I brought my changing clothes, ’cause I knew we would be playing after the reception.) Ruben and I have been close friends since the age of ten, and we enjoy hanging out and playing soccer. I love soccer, mainly because you guys know how much I LOVE to run. But I need to work on my aiming and passing. He’s super good at it, too! He and his brother are in Pathfinders, and his younger brother Mikey is in my class, Explorer. His mom is so sweet, and Ruben and Mikey are one of my closest friends. Also we both love running! Or at least I think he likes it… I dunno. I forgot. *grins sheepishly* Anyways, back to the reception! The food was mainly Mexican food, but it was so good though! They had tortillas, chips, beans, tomatoes, lettuce, salsa, cheese, guacamole, (I don’t know if I spelled that right) and polenta with raisins in it. Oh, yes, and they had a delightful vanilla and chocolate cake, too. I didn’t eat any, because I want to lose weight. Anyways, I have to go. Hopefully I will graduate next year! Hey, ya’ll! As you all know, I LOVE my pop music, and I recently found some amazing songs, so here we go!

1. Boy With Luv By BTS ft. Halsey

I love this one! I’m currently obsessed with BTS! Their songs are so good! You should check them out. Also, their dance choreography is AMAZING!!!!! Jungkook and J-Hope are my favorite BTS members! For those who are fans of BTS, HELLO, AND WELCOME TO THE ARMYYYY!!!!!! *coughs and clears throat* Sorry.

2. Ciao Adios by Anne-Marie

I love this song mainly because of its beat and stuff. I love Anne-Marie! The way they filmed it is so cool too! With the sort of Arabian background, it makes a great song!

3. Friends by Marshmello and Anne-Marie

Again enters Anne-Marie, plus Marshmello! I can’t help it! He’s soooo cute even with his marshmello head! His music is so good you can’t help listening to it!

4. Happier by Marshmello and Bastille

Again comes Marshmello with Bastille with one of the hit songs from last year! Friends was also a hit song last year too. I’m just soooo late. Warning: the music video will make you cry! I’m actually listening to it right now. Hehehe. 😉

5. 2002 by Anne-Marie

Anne-Marie is one of my favorite artists! Along with Marshmello and BTS, of course. I still listen to Sam Tsui’s songs, but I’m kind of tired of him now. But I still like his songs!

OK, guys, that’s it for now! I’m at my dad’s work place ’cause my sis went up north for her friends’ graduation. They’re coming back today, thank goodness. Ways To Help Our Environment!

Hey, guys! As you all know, I’m all for helping the environment become a better place by preserving the animals, plants and of course, natural resources. So I was at Souplantation today, and I went to the bathroom to wash my hands before I started eating. I was at the sink, and a little boy was next to me. I noticed that he didn’t turn off the water when he was scrubbing his hands with soap. And the water was running the entire fifteen or so seconds! I was shocked. I turn off the water when I’m scrubbing my hands with soap. I consider this an important part of my washing hands routine. As you all know, water is a source that needs to be protected. If we all run out, there will be a drought, and we really don’t want that to happen. So guys, please turn off the water when you’re scrubbing your hands with soap, because it will help us save and conserve water. Secondly, always look at the sign on the object you’re about to toss. It is always to recycle, and it helps a ton. So please, save and protect our environment, because God has given us it to protect and preserve. Anyways, with that being said, today I met one of the sweetest cats at PetSmart! She climbed into my lap, and she was just so cute and calm! Her name was Shirley, and she’s so sweet! You know how cats scratch and bite when you pick them up? Well, I picked Shirley up and she just complied! I never saw such a sweet cat! I’m more of a dog person, but I think I’m now leaning to the cat side! Anyways, I need to go. I love you all, and have a good week! Bye!
